MASTERCLEAN CLEANING PROCESS

Walk-Thru: Our technician will ask you to escort them to the areas to be cleaned, including upholstery cleaning. We ask that you point out specific problems such as high-traffic areas that may require special attention, extreme spots and stains, inluding pet stains and pet odors.

Pre-Treatment: Our technician will go through all areas to be cleaned and pre-treat them with a special detergent to remove the dirt particles from the fibers. We pay close attention to all spots, stains, and high traffic areas.

Hot Water Extraction:  Also used as the #1 method of carpet cleaning as major carpet manufacturers, we use a power truck mount, hot water vacuum extraction (steam cleaning).  Water is mixed with an acid organic neutralizer that balances the pH in your carpet, leaving it in a neutral state. Simply stated, there is no sticky soap residue left in your carpet, so it will stay clean longer. This is the number one method of carpet cleaning recommended by all the carpet manufacturers, including Shaw Industries, the world's largest manufacturer of carpet.

Spot Treatment: After completion of Step 3, we will check for any spots and stains that are still remaining. We will use our professional spot treatment kit to attempt to remove them. Depending on the number and severity of extreme spots and stains, an additional charge may apply.

Post Cleaning Walk-Thru: Finally we ask you to accompany your technician through the areas cleaned. This final inspection is very important. We want your approval.
