3M ScotchGard Protector: After cleaning, 3M ScotchGard Protector is applied to the carpet, upholstery, and draperies to help them stay clean and bright longer. ScotchGard protects against dirt, spots, and stains. Liquids bead up on the treated surface rather than soak into it and therefore are more easily blotted up. Dirt particles don't cling to the fabric, making vacuuming easier and more efficient. Ask your technician for a demonstration.
Antimicrobial Bacteria Agent: The antimicrobial bacteria agent is a concentrated liquid that kills the bacteria that cause odors from such things as urine, fish, garbage, smoke, mildew, etc.
Pre-Vacuuming: We highly recommend you have the entire area to be cleaned vacuumed within 24 hours of our arrival. The agitator brush on your vacuum loosens the dirt and hair: 70% of the soil in your carpet is dry soil, which is easier to release with dry vacuuming.
If you were unable to vacuum, we strongly recommend you to allow us to do this for you. Our high pressure vacuum enhances the cleaning process.
