Our technician will ask you to escort them to the areas to be cleaned, including upholstery cleaning. We ask that you point out specific problems such as high-traffic areas that may require special attention, extreme spots and stains, inluding pet stains and pet odors. Not only can we inspect carpet and upholstery cleaning challenges, but also we can tackle dirty air duct concerns, tile and grout stains, drapery cleaning, Oriental rug cleaning, and we can repair carpets.
Optional Step:Vacuum Vacuuming is optional. At the time of scheduling we give a few instructions on how to prepare for us. Vacuuming is crucial to successfully clean your carpet. It loosens all the dry dirt, hair and debris. We will vacuum for you at an additional fee. Most customers choose to vacuum themselves.
2. Pre-Treatment
Our technician will go through all areas to be cleaned and pre-treat them with a special cleaning agent to remove the dirt particles from the fibers. We pay close attention to all spots, stains, and high traffic areas.
3. Pre-Groom
Carpet is pre-groomed to further loosen traffic area soil.
4. Furniture Moving
We will move your basic furniture, i.e. Sofas, chairs, and end tables. We don't move heavy pieces, i.e. pianos, entertainment centers, bed & china cabinets.
5. Hot Water Extraction

6. Spot Treatment
After completion of Step 4, we will check for any spots and stains that are still remaining. We will use our professional spot treatment kit to attempt to remove them. Depending on the number and severity of extreme spots and stains, an additional charge may apply.
7. Post-Groom
After steam cleaning, the carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying.
8. Post Cleaning Inspection
We ask you to accompany your technician throughout the area cleaned. This is very important because we want your 100% approval.
